Alice Gainer has been a CBS 2 reporter and anchor since January 2013, reporting feature stories, breaking news, and general assignment stories. She has been co-anchoring The News at Nine with Dick Brennan on WLNY's sister station TV10/55 since the year 2013. In a tweet she posted on 17 July 2018 she shared that her partner John had proposed to her. They've been awaiting for their wedding day and are now ready to start the next chapter of their life. In the course of time, Alice mentioned in one of her Instagram posts that they were engaged in Italy. Alice stated in her post on June 27 in 2019, that their wedding was only one month to go. In their journey, the couple spent time with each with each other, and counted down until the wedding.
